The 15th Central European Gas Conference
Central European Gas in the Wake of the January Crisis
In June, CEGC welcomed speakers and delegates from across the European gas industry to Bratislava.
During CEGC we reflected on the unprecedented developments that have engulfed the gas industry in 2009 and discussed the challenges the future holds for the industry.
Key discussions at the CEGC in Bratislava focussed on:
- The actions and most likely projects which need to be considered in the wake of the January crisis.
- The new services that are likely to develop and how they will contribute to the integration of the gas markets in the region.
- The impact of developments in the Russian domestic gas market on future gas supplies to Europe.
- How new and existing operations in the region will cope with requirements to accelerate competition and how competition contributes to security of gas supplies.
Photos from the conference will appear on the website shortly
Thank you to all the sponsors, speakers and delegates for their contribution to this year’s CEGC.
