Registering:
- How do I register?
To register either complete the registration form on the CEGC website or email register@thecegc.com with the following details: full name, job title, company name, phone number, fax number and email address.
Once you have regsitered you will receive email confirmation of your booking.
- How much does a delegate place cost?
The full price for one delegate at CEGC'09 is £1,320.
- I'd like to register more than one delegate - do you have discounts for multiple bookings?

- How do I pay?
You can pay by bank transfer, debit card, credit card, cheque or we can invoice you.
Please Note: Credit card payments are subject to an additional 4.5% booking charge.
- What is included in the cost of the conference?
The price includes the welcome reception, refreshments breaks, lunch on both days, and the SPP Gala Dinner.
Please Note: The price does not include accommodation. You will receive a hotel booking form with your registration confirmation and details can also be found on the CEGC Venue section of the website.
- What if I want to cancel my booking?
Substitutions can be made at any time by contacting the organisers in writing.
If you have to cancel your registration you may do so with full refund less 20% administration charge up to 11th May 2009.
Cancellations received after this date will be liable for the full registration fee however, named substitutes from the same company are accepted
At the conference:
- What happens when I arrive at the conference?
Arrival: When you arrive at the conference please go to the registration desk where you can collect your badge. Your badge must be worn at all times.
Refreshments: Mid-morning and mid-afternoon will be scheduled. Lunch is typically served between 12:30 and 13:00
Documentations: All presentations will be available on our website within two weeks of the conference ending. Once presentations are loaded the website address and login details will be emailed to all delegates.
- What is the dress code?
The dress code at the conference is smart casual. The dress code for the SPP Gala Dinner is smart.
After the conference:
- How can I provide feedback on the conference?
After the conference all delegates will be sent an electronic questionnaire. We would very much appreciate you taking the time to complete this so that we can properly evaluate the event.

- How can I register for CEGC 2010?
As soon as the dates and venue are finalised for CEGC 2010 we will inform you via email. If you wish to provisionally book your place now please email register@thecegc.com.
